How the estimate works (high level)

- Suggested starting macro split (protein, carbs, fats)
Accuracy and limitations
This is a planning estimate, not a guarantee. Real-world calorie needs vary by non-exercise activity, training volume, sleep, stress, and tracking consistency.
- Use weekly body-weight trends, not single-day scale readings
- Adjust by 100-150 kcal if gain rate is too fast or too slow
